Mended Willow

I’m Andrea Flowers, LMBT, MMP—the hands and heart behind Mended Willow. Fayetteville is where I grew up, and after traveling through the military community and starting my massage career in El Paso, Texas, back in 2019, I’m honored to be back serving my home. My path has taken me through chiropractic offices, sports clinics, and spas, leading me to become a Medical Massage Practitioner (MMP) in 2025. I don’t believe in "fluff" or temporary fixes. My work is firm, grounded, and focused on the truth of your body’s alignment. I use clinical techniques to mend what is stuck and restore a foundation of mobility that lasts. Beyond the treatment table, I am a lover of the earth and a seeker of truth. I share my home with over 100 herbs, and I am currently building a botanical apothecary to bring that deeper level of plant-based healing to my practice. In 2024, I became an ordained minister because I believe that truth and spiritual presence deserve a title and respect. I am not a traditionalist, but I honor my surroundings and the people in them. I am more than comfortable embracing all walks of faith, life, light, and dark.
